Chronic just means ongoing. A disease or illness that will continue without medical treatment. As far as what other doctors may think, well was it a chronic drug addiction? Is so they will probably never prescribe you drugs like those unless absolutely neccessary.

He used to do drugs a lot but then he stopped cause he almost died from it that’s why he made recovery cause he had a life changing experience. The reason for his drugs were mainly cause of his best friend from d12 proof died. And Kim cheated on him several times and he writes music of his life story so that’s why he wrote it. If you really want to know his life story just listen to all his songs on his first 3 mainstream albums and his last 2 albums
