Question by Malon: What’s a detox and cleanse?
What does it do to your body? I see boxes of “detox treatments” and I have no idea what they are, haha. (ex: Jillian Michaels Detox and Cleanse). Is it a good idea? Can you please just give me any facts you know and your opinion on it if you’ve used it before.
